Dr. Mark-Anthony Shepherd
Co-Founder and Chief Dental Officer
Dr Mark has the experience of being the lead dentist who helped companies scale in the D2C market in Ireland and abroad. He worked with Your Smile Direct and Therapie as a lead dentist before starting his own clinic called Love to Smile. Being a co-founder of the clinic himself, Dr Mark has an understanding of the pain points of the patients, dentists and manufacturing labs.
Nipun Kathuria
Co-Founder and COO
Nipun is a software engineer and an MBA from Trinity College Dublin. Nipun brings strong customer and business skills to the company. Nipun had led the customer strategy and CRM department with his earlier works with DAA, Brown Thomas and Arnotts. Prior to Smile Genius, Nipun has been the founder of Technik in Ireland where he worked with SMEs in digital transformation projects.

With over 16 years of Product Development & Implementation and with over 4 years of entrepreneurship in end to end execution of healthcare products, Arun Justin is the Founder, Managing Director, Decisive Architect, Strategist and Visionary in Yoopha Healthtech Private Limited.
Arun Justin has contributed towards the Centre of Excellence in Big Data and Data Analytics and has represented employers in a variety of activities during his stint in National and International conferences.
